By booking an appointment with Main Street Custom Tattoo Perth you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Age requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at Main Street. Valid photo identification will be required at your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide adequate proof of age.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling and cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations under any circumstances will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to work with you where possible, however we cannot guarantee deposit transfers in these circumstances.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit being forfeited. If you are running late please contact the studio as soon as possible.
Design approval
Your artist will present the final design at your appointment. Minor adjustments can be made on the day within reason. Significant changes to the agreed brief may require a rescheduled appointment and an additional deposit. Once tattooing has commenced we are unable to make changes to the design.
Touch-ups
Your first touch-up within three months of your appointment is included in the price of your tattoo, subject to the following conditions: the tattoo has been properly cared for in accordance with our aftercare instructions, the area has not been exposed to excessive sun, and the touch-up is assessed by your artist as a result of the healing process rather than client error. Touch-ups outside of this period or outside of these conditions will be charged at the artist's standard rate.
Health and medical conditions
It is your responsibility to inform your artist of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions that may affect the tattooing process or healing. Main Street Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service where a health condition presents a risk to the client or the artist. We recommend consulting your doctor before getting tattooed if you have any concerns about how your health may be affected.
Numbing products
If you intend to use a numbing product prior to your appointment you must inform your artist in advance. Some numbing products can affect the skin's texture and the artist's ability to tattoo effectively. Using a numbing product without prior discussion may result in a rescheduled appointment.
Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue a session if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner, or makes our staff feel uncomfortable in any way.
Aftercare responsibility
Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. Main Street Tattoo provides aftercare instructions at the conclusion of every appointment. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the healing and final appearance of your tattoo. We are not responsible for the outcome of tattoos that have not been properly cared for.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed tattoo work. If you have concerns about your tattoo please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Photography
By attending an appointment at Main Street Tattoo you consent to your tattoo being photographed for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your tattoo to be photographed please inform your artist before your appointment. We will always respect your wishes regarding the use of your images.
Changes to these terms
Main Street Custom Tattoo Perth reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Current terms will always be available on our website.
